Office management specialists take on specialist tasks in areas such as accounting, personnel management or invoice processing. In addition, you carry out organisational office tasks: You co-ordinate appointments, prepare conferences or deal with correspondence. You work in management departments of companies in all economic sectors. Office management specialists carry out in-house secretarial and assistance tasks, and assume specialist management tasks for the sector. They are familiar with modern accounting programs, prepare invoices and orders, co-ordinate, organise and check stock and sales figures, deal with correspondence and process tax ans insurance procedures.
